Asymmetry and Facial Reshaping Photos - Case #3221

This patient presented with facial asymmetry; however, her occlusion did not justify repositioning the jaws. Therefore, a decision was made to use an artificial implant with fat grafting in the soft tissue. This composite bilayer reconstruction not only establishes a normal form but gives a normal texture to the jaw as well. Dr. Baker has seen several of these patients and has published a series in the Journal of Aesthetic Surgery.
