Malocclusion Photos - Case #3350

This patient presented with deficient midface projection and a prominent lower jaw. Her ideal occlusion was achieved by moving the upper jaw forward and by moving the lower jaw posteriorly. The chin was also moved slightly posterior. Care was taken to ensure that there was a slight increase in skeletal expansion. This ideally supports the soft tissues, giving the patient a more youthful look as she matures.
