This patient presented with a retrusive upper jaw and a prominent lower jaw. Additionally, her upper jaw was very narrow. To establish a normal occlusion, the upper jaw was divided into three separate pieces to widen it as well as advance it. The lower jaw was moved posteriorly to create the desired occlusion. Finally the chin was advanced independent of the lower jaw to optimize the facial profile.
