This patient had undergone two previous rhinoplasty surgeries by other surgeons and complained of an irregular dorsum and an over-resected tip with a pinched appearance. Rib cartilage was morselized and used as a dorsal nasal onlay graft to recreate the nasal dorsum. Rib cartilage was also used to recreate the nasal tip.
