Skin Cancer Photos - Case #3578

This gentleman is seen with skin cancer prior to Mohs excision. The patient is seen after Mohs excision with large cutaneous defect on ear. It is important the plastic surgeon be involved to obtain optimal reconstruction for unanticipated large resections. The patient is seen 3 months after his reconstruction. The appearance will improve for up to one year after surgery as the scars mature.
