Facial Reconstruction Photos - Case #2723

This patient sustained a traumatic injury to the face. She presented with concerns of scarring and tissue irregularity on the right side of her face. Reconstruction was performed using dermal fat grafts as well as fat grafting and scar revision. She can be seen postoperatively after her surgeries with an improved face and less conspicuous scars.
